Scope:

Full renovation of front and rear gardens, including paving, planting, fencing, wall construction, and integrated lighting.

Client Brief: Elegant, low-maintenance outdoor spaces with improved access, privacy, and year-round planting interest.
🏡 Front Garden Features

Paving Installation: 3.8m² of Kandla Grey porcelain paving laid in stretcher bond with resin grout, framed by Lugano clay pavers and two porcelain steps to the threshold.
Brick Wall Construction: Custom wall built with Kandla Grey sandstone cladding and porcelain coping stones for durability and visual impact.

Gravel Area: Polar Ice® gravel laid over a weed membrane for a clean, permeable finish.
Planting Scheme: Hydrangea, Salvia, Rosa White, Lavandula, and structured Euonymus hedging for seasonal colour and architectural form.

🌳 Rear Garden Transformation

Hard Landscaping: 27.3m² of honed Kandla Grey paving with priming slurry and resin grout, forming a central courtyard-style seating area.

Raised Bed: Railway sleeper planter (4.28m x 0.6m x 0.6m) lined and filled with enriched compost, planted with Musa Basjoo, Fatsia, Phoenix, and ornamental grasses.
Fencing: Slatted trellis installed atop boundary walls for privacy and airflow.
Wall Restoration: Ivy removal, crack repair, and sealant application to preserve structural integrity.
Planting Scheme: Hydrangea frame, Salvia Amistad, Rosa White, Phyllostachys Nigra, and Chamaerops Humilis for layered texture and tropical accents.


💡 Integrated Lighting Design

Strip Lighting: 6m LED strip light installed along the rear wall base for upward diagonal illumination; 5m strip light fitted under the raised bed ledge.
Wall Downlights: Two RGBIC bright LED wall lights installed on the rear boundary for ambient evening glow.

Spike Lights: Two dimmable spike lights placed in the planter for accent lighting.
Smart Controls: All fixtures are compatible with Alexa, Google Assistant, and Matter for seamless control.
